"Condition cards assigned to ships are not removed when that ship is destroyed (unless specified on the card)."
What scenario does this new rule in the FAQ actually clarify? We're trying to figure it out, but we're stumped.

Thweek would be my guess.
I'll show you the dark side is another scenario. Basically the condition card stays on the ship with the assigned damage card instead of the condition being removed and the damage card being shuffled back into the damage deck.
Thweek and Dark Side both. Thweek, that he keeps whatever he copies even if the thing he copied dies, Dark Side that the card and chosen crit remain in play until assigned to a new ship even if the ship they're on dies.
Thweek's Shadowed or Mimicked already had the mention that it kept its ability even if destroyed, which is why I did not consider it for the rule. I'll show you the dark side is an important one though; I guess that if a ship is destroyed and a blinded pilot is assigned to it, then that's one very important critical card that is currently not in circulation in the opponent's deck. On that level, it does make a lot of sense.
