Using expansion inserts to store cards
Those are really cool!
I definitely need to start working on an alternate plan for my card storage soon.
Very nice use of cardboard!
I just use the cardboard organizers you can buy from any game store for a few bucks like these:

Yeah, me too. I've got all tiles and cards in the Core Box and all figures in one Expansion Box.
All separated with baggies for ease of sorting, but it's pretty much completely full.
Tiles are my biggest issue I think, but I just haven't seen any solutions that I like yet.
I store the tiles in CD cases, but I am not really satisfied with that solution.

I tried that but didn't like it at all
I will eventually do this.

I will try some of the 3x5 sleeves I have from Armada.

It's certainly a clever idea and it looks great.
I've come up against the wall with my storage as of Jabba's Realm. I keep most stuff in the core box, and I use an expansion box to separate my current campaign. But figures are getting to be the real issue for me.
I have been using a Plano 728 tackle box for my figures, but it's just about packed to the brim at this point. I use a Plano 732 for X-wing and it might get the job done but I don't know how future proof it will be.
