Not usually an Imp player but....?

I generally don't play Imperials, but I would like opinions on this setup.

TIE/FO x2 TIE Defender T65X x2 ARC-170 Scurrg H-6 G-1A Star Viper

Kestal probably doesn't really need to be Kestal. Her pilot ability is pretty niche and not very strong. Dropping down to Double Edge or either generic is fine, and would free up a few points for Lightweight Frame (which is more important to have than Unguided Rockets--the two shots from a TLT will do on average as much damage as one UGR shot), and for upgrades for Vader, too.

Next, give Vader the title and Advanced Targeting Computer. I know you don't have the raider, but most players in the game will allow you to proxy the upgrades. It's also often nice to put VI on Vader, too. If only one ship gets VI in this particular list, Vader is probably the best one for it. Vader would also like to fill the modification slot too. Either proxy Guidance Chips (a valid cheaper option), or take Engine Upgrade (pricey but strong).

The Omega Squadron Pilots are fine. TIEs usually work best when you have more of them together, and 2 isn't that many, but I think they'll get some work done.

If you ever get Imperial Veterans with the new TIE Defenders, consider dropping the Aggressor for a Defender. Colonel Vessery with TIE/x7 is probably the right one: both Vader and Omega Leader like to take but not spend target locks. Countess Ryad is good too, again with /x7, and perhaps Outmaneuver (an underrated card on Defenders). To get points, swap the two Omegas for Omega Leader with Juke and Comm Relay. Omega Leader is one of the best low-price ships for Imperials (26 points, and all the cards are included in the TIE FO box), but in your current list, it frees up too many points. However, that gets away from the style of having a turret.
