I thought it was straight to the point

Like a technical awl

And in the Destiny errata, they just change the f'ing points costs.

I don't see why FFG is so staunch in their not changing points cost of cards for X-wing.

Yes, I get that some cards in my collection and still in boxes on shelves in stores won't be current, but if the game plays better, why not? I play Imperial Assault and I love that Han Solo, Chewbacca, Darth Vader, IG-88, etc. are playable/better now.

I'd love to see pilot/crew Luke and all his friends become competitive.

*sigh*

Oh, to dream...

I don't play Destiny, but it's a bad sign for that game when the Two Player Game version of Phasma has been out for less than two months and is already getting nerfed to a point where the 30-point villains in that set are no longer a legal team.

That is exactly why, the only other game where FFG decided to do a hard pen & ink change of the point values on one of their table top games was Imperial Assault skirmish, and that game is getting displaced (if not replaced) by SW Legion. IF the devs messed up so bad they need to throw in point corrections it doesn't look good for the games future. As I said in the other post, if FFG wants to change points (not using a soft change like ANR's Most Wanted list) then they either have to allow list printouts in place of required pilot and upgrade cards, or make a 2nd edition and start all over.
