If the dial supports PTL/Advanced Sensors as well as is expected, the ship is a natural complement to Kylo/RAC. Kylo Crew on RAC drops PS, PS7 Blackout gets to move at will now that Nym (because it's probably Nym) gets dropped to zero.
It already has a great name "RACout".
