I think the entire... package makes people struggle to focus on shooting at Sir Sean from range.
More like they don't even want to look at him even when they're supposed to be shooting him!

I loved the setting of Rifts but hated the mechanics. Savage Worlds recently released some Rifts stuff using their system. Much more enjoyable to play but lacks the support the original Rifts has.
Actually always loving to watch history documentaries like about the english civil war I can perfectly imagine to take history as a setting itself.
I'm really looking to take Primeval Thule and Genesys-izing it. Is that a word? =)
Next week I'll be at Con on the Cob in Richfield, OH with about a dozen members of the Nerd-International G+ community ... all meeting IRL for the first time. I'll be running an adventure in an "Edge of Primeval Thule" setting a buddy of mine and I created re-skinning the FFG SW RPG narrative dice system. So, if you're there come find us!
While I've been working on my Marshal Law setting, there are a number of other settings I want to try out. I already advised my group to be ready for a sampler platter of settings! In addition to Marshal Law, I am also prepping Sea of Stars (sci-fi), and Swords of Blackwater (swords and sorcery). SoB will be on its fourth iteration (3.5, Iron Heroes, Savage Worlds, and Genesys), and will hopefully be the best of them all! I'm also considering an advanced Shadowrun-type setting, as a follow-up to a game I ran in 1990-92.
In short, I've got a lot of stuff to pick from!
One thing I am going to run once our Masks campaign has concluded is the Dracula Dossier
After looking through my RPG stuff earlier, it hit me that I would love to run a Spelljammer campaign with Genesys.
Has anyone thought about a Post Apocalyptic version of the Hobbit and the Lord of the Rings?
Just had this notion of Sauron being an AI based on the memories of the man who caused the last apocalypse and his AI is trying to finish the job?
That ring is a master control device that allows the wearer access to the network having the side effect of making others ignore the wearer because of an implant most people have been infected with allowing the wraiths to possess them simulating Sauron's enforcers.
A few people have escaped this fate and the PCs are recruited from these rare fortunate men and women to first destroy an ancient orbital weapon called Smaug trying to trick it into destroying it's core but most are unaware another ancient weapon still exists that could do the same task (Think that Black Arrow).
Then they have to deal with an ancient enemy they wrongly think is a literal angry god!
Would that interest you?

Actually Numenera could fit the bill. It's a kind of apocaliptic setting in far future, 1 billion years from now. AIs from long lost civilisations worshipped as gods, ancient highly advanced technology that is perceived as magic by now middle aged humans living among the ruins and remnants of 8 highly advanced civilisations.
As I find the cypher mechanics a tad too light crunched, I pondered using the setting with Genesys rules.

The adjectival form of Middle Ages
(Mittelalter)
is medieval
(mittelalterlich)
, not middle-aged
(mittleren Alters)

Was aware of this minutes after I posted it, but was too lazy to correct it
Steampunk in space. Disney's Treasure planet basicly.
Also modern fantasy based of the Magicians tv show and my own homebrewing.

I like your version better. A setting that simulates the hardships of passing 40 and pondering the ruins of your childhood dreams

And being blamed for every misery on the planet. Sounds like a very dark and grity setting
You also just described a post-Logans-Run setting where a planned utopian civilization is disrupted by the realities outside the dome.
Space opera in the 66 Suns setting.
Some fantasy bash, maybe Hellfrost?
Sundered Isles but more Lost orientated?
My current ideas are around a Post Apocalyptic Fantasy setting: High Fantasy where spells are common and magic swords are in every heroes hands but set in the days and weeks after society collapsed. My current favourite reason is a Plague, probably created by some devious enemy, and I’m contemplating the twist that after a few days of being dead the corpses rise.
Imagine I Am Legend set in a typical High Fantasy setting, I expect the Weird War and Fantasy chapters of Genesys will be most of what I need. The intention is to have a feeling of desperation for survival, of hopelessness and loneliness. Really drawing upon The Walking Dead, where every meal of fought for and death is always near.
I could see it progressing into a more sandbox game with a focus on protecting a small group of survivors whilst looking for more. But with limited game time I would be happy with only a couple of sessions ending in a heroic death.
Another kind of book I'd like to see - in addition to genre info, and detailed setting books, is a genre scatter shot - So say a 220 page fantasy book comes out, with additional fantasy genre stuff besides what's in the core book and like three 60-65 page settings, each one with a very different tone and style; it could be useful for the settings themselves, and also demonstrate how flexible the system can be.
I'm hoping to use it to continue Dark Heresy. Mostly because I loved Dark Heresy's setting (40k fan) but hated its system.

EYE-BLEACH! STAT!
It doesn't. It give +10 defense. Because attackers avert their eyes.

Quoteas much as we wanted to dive wholly into our own settings , such as Android , Twilight Imperium , and Runebound ,
Pretty solid confirmation TI is theirs to do with.
