I present you with the entirety of Pod's contributions. There is exactly one post of substance in there. The Hutt comment at the beginning peaked my interest, but now it's the "I count 7 of 9 roles already with just a couple left to decipher." He's claiming to know what the roles of 7 people are. He votes me with absolutely no justification besides "top scum read right now." I'm not buying it.

I can be convinced to move to Caldias if the town is more comfortable in that direction, but my vote today is either Pod or Cal.

I think the seven he was referring to were:

Jedi refugees.. multiple - minimum of 2
Inquisitors... multiple - minimum of 2
force sensitives.. multiple - minimum of 2
Town... me - 1

Total - 7 (2 Refugees, 2 Inquisitors, 2 force sensitives, Pod).

The issue is that the force-sensitives basically refer back to the Jedi and Inquisitors rather than a separate category. Also, it implies that Pod is not force-sensitive, just like Toad.

So far we have 1 normal being (Toad), and 1 Jedi (Vis). We have at lest 2 Inquisitors (unless Ebon uses plural to throw us off the scent). It would also seem like the Jedi are the ones with the power roles, based purely on the revealed roles we have now.

@ImperialCaptain2017 - were you a Jedi? Or a non-force-sensitive? (Is it important, or ought I to not ask, folks?)

@EbonHawk - did you mention the Hutt rent men because of my comment?

@PodRacer

Which one is more scum to you?

Caldias or Madaghmire?

Unless thats a loaded question...

Cal

In the game flavour the hutts are mentioned purely as we're on Nar Shaddaa. If you want to apporiate the hutts to someone, you can view me as the hutt overlord of Shaddaa as Mod.

Ok wait. Why exactly is Gnips clear? I mean, I get why he says he’s town. But why are we just not questioning that? Truth, I get how you read him as town, but Toad (town confirmed), Ninja and myself all saw scum signs.

For that matter, why are we taking Impcap at his word? Just because? Next time I’m scum can I just say “oh whoops, I’m busy”, claim vanilla and get a free pass for the game?

I’m not loving Cal either. He feels to me like he’s trying to play the safe middle of looking like you are saying something without actually saying anything.

I have no read on Pod. Truth is right, he hasnt contributed much, but I mean, Pod kinda plays intuitively anyway.

As for Truth and Ninja, I’m going to choose to trust Truth’s assertions for the moment. The upside of having two cleared townies is worth the risk.

For the moment tho, I’m gonna apply a little pressure.

Very much my reads so far.

Okie doke, pressure received.

I'm going to reiterate my defense to Truthiness' accusations just in case they were missed.

Well, that really sucks. Though I'm a bit curious as to why Vis got targeted? He was on my suspicious list for leaving his vote on Truth after praising him (probably was just a mistake, but so little to go on starting off.)

So on TheToad's train was myself, GNiPs, Pod, and Ninja. I would guess at least one scum in here, unless scum got lucky and was able to hide behind the pressure of Day One. I'm curious why ImpCap didn't cast a vote at all.

I posted this right after the day started. I guess there's not a ton of analysis, but I was the first to question Vis as a target, to which Truth "me toos." But for some reason he deems me a follower.

Oh wow, I totally forgot he tried to hammer late. @Madaghmire can you explain why you were on the GNiPs train?

And if you're telling the truth then we have two confirmed town, which is a good place to start, at least.

I simply ask Mad for clarification, just to see if his answer is consistent with his previous one. To which he answered satisfactorily, IMO. And I didn't take your word for anything, Truth, I said "if you're telling the truth." What's hilarious to me is that everyone else has gone with the same assessment but somehow they are fine.

Jesus. I am kinda leaning toward GNips being town, so here goes.

##vote the Toad.

Only because I think GNiPs is a victim of his phrasing.

This was my vote, for lynch. I hate that Toad flipped town, but he was way more suspicious than GNiPs IMO. Looking back, GNiPs was at L-2, actually, when I cast that vote. So 3 votes on him. Vis has voted Toad, but I wasn't following him, I was responding to Toad's defensive lash-out posts at GNiPs. Everyone then followed ME. So if you're going to call me scum for following, that literally makes no sense and is making me wonder about the "cleared" people. Call me scum for protecting GNiPs, at least that makes sense.

I also get that I've been scum like 6 out of 7 games, so maybe that's coloring things a bit.

A new day is starting on Nar Shaddaa the sunlight passing over the smugglers moon once again

The Inquisitors have been busy tracking down their Targets, while Whiplash have been hard at work rescuing survivors of Order 66

With 23hrs left of the current day, will the agents of the empire find a target in the forthcoming night? Or will Whiplash rule the day and escape with the will of the Force?

Vote Count:

@Caldias (1) - Mad

@GhostofNobodyInParticular (0) -

@Madaghmire (0) -

@PodRacer (1) - Truthi

@CaribbeanNinja (0) -

@ImperialCaptain2017 (0) -

@Truthiness (0) -

With 7 people left in your little corner of Nar Shaddaa, it takes 4 to hammer.

Here's a push.

Quotes seem to me to be a conscious attempt to distract. Also was trying to dig into why Truth knows I'm town.

More or less because I don't want to waste a vote on someone who just said "sorry, too busy to play." Honestly, I feel like a mod mercy kill might be in order. If he's too busy to play, I don't feel like the town should be penalized for it.

You then deviated off of this very quickly when I mentioned why Mad was on my radar. It appeared to me like you were just jumping onboard.

I agree, if he’s actually too busy to play, then we shouldn’t be penalized for it. But thats still taking him at his word that he is in fact too busy to play and isn’t just lining up his torpedoes through the periscope.

I completely agree. He's definitely not in the clear. I'm just not feeling good about wasting a vote on him. If it were day one, fine, but day two is a hard vote for me to waste.

@EbonHawk if he doesn't respond again before the end of the day, is a mod kill out of line? I can see both sides to this, as if he is scum and just scumarining, that puts a huge handicap on them. If, however, he is indeed town, that's a huge handicap on us to have to waste a vote.

No mod kill. ImpCap has no debts to the hutts.

Alright, well I'm sticking to my guns for today. I'll revisit tomorrow if we accidentally hang another townie. I feel like I've got a strong enough read on Pod and Cal to stick with that.

I still fail to see how asking a single question in addition to the others I broached as deviating.

Not the best read, I'll definitely admit. And re-reading the day one exchange, you did indeed cause a good shift away from Nippy. Who is your best read right now?

I'd also like to point out that Pod has been sitting at L-2 for quite some time now.

We still have some time, and I'm not convinced about Pod's guilt yet. Only because almost every game he posts nonsense, and while not helpful, usually leads to his lynch which doesn't really help town and buys scum another turn.

Assuming (for now) that Truth and Ninja are cleared, here's my read:

ImpCap - Either the longest hail mary for scum ever or town. I am inclined to believe him as town, as scum needs no hail mary right now, but still don't think he's above suspicion

Mad - Plays similar when he's scum, so not easy to read. Still, was in on the GNiPs train and tried to hammer toad. Could be town, could be scum trying to eliminate town. Coin toss for me, but his answers were good. But he also knows how to play this game.

Pod - Could very well be scum, but I am dubious to vote for him just because he posts nonsense (as stated above) as he does that when he is town as well.

GNiPs - Read very town to me. I am pretty sure he's clear.

Truth and Ninja - it could be a very good scum play for Truth to just clear someone he knows isn't scum, now that I'm thinking about it. Especially since Vis flipped lie detector, and he could claim a similar role. Ninja could be his cohort. I actually think this is far fetched, and Truth reads town to me so far, but might be worth looking at if needed.

One question, which implies no guilt or accusation. Truthiness, if you investigated Ninja, why clear him early on the day? Why not hold that info until it is looking like Ninja might be a target? Just seems to target yourself for a night kill needlessly IMO.

Got mad as 100% town so far just off tone read, Not really understanding much beyond that.

Truth and Ninja are clearly pushing the play. As what roles im not entirely sure how that all fits together but these little jumps to conclusion are interesting. The message from ebon thing? then the gink quote? What? Agrees with Gnips List? voting me. Am i the bait here? I dont know what im allowed to ask!

Can someone else enligten me on the Truth angle? why wouldn't I think this scummy?

Or maybe they have some kill pod wincon based on a lynching...or for lolz . both seem possible. Ebon probably wants some revenge for his debut kill ;)

Bold scumplay But you know.... iv heard thats a thing now. Makes me distrust imps claim.

Maybe someones had a whisper in their ear that i'm flying solo out here. The intention is Hostile. IMO. I dont think putting me to L1 gives you much more info.

ImpCap is a situation. I assume debt to the hutts is a theme? Seems like it from what im seeing.

Iv got a charter to run mon to thursday, will be likely afk depending in internet connection in my hotel room. If that helps you decide to lynch me or not, we might have it wrapped up before then depending if we decide the correct lynch today. Otherwise if i cant get wifi and Imp is town and out, will town have the votes to win? not sure if i will even be able to offer a vote once away.

til there's interest in a Truthi Flip then I'd vote Cal for getting the wookie lynched.

##vote Caldias

@EbonHawk vote count please.

2 on Cal, 2 on Pod by my count. Both are L-2
