Dengaroo as a style of build has mostly gone out of fashion due to nerfs to Manaroo her pilot ability now only works at Range 1. The changes to cards pretty much eviscerated the entire archetype. The old build relied on Manaroo sending a Focus token over to Dengar at long range, who'd be decked out with Overclocked R4, Zuckuss, and Lone Wolf. You'd have rerolls from LW, and could carry a giant pile of stress from OR4 and Zuck (who can no longer be used when stressed). It aimed to have a hard to kill Dengar putting out far more offense than it ought, with a Manaroo usually ran away* the whole game (and many ships can't really chase her fast enough).
There's not really a way to replicate the build.
Manaroo could still pass focus tokens to Dengar (maybe she carries Recon Specialist), if she stays close, and perhaps he can use Predator or VI. However, it's easier to run an Expertise/K4 Security Droid Dengar to get the focus effect on both attacks, and also to get a target lock. This way, you won't have to try to remain too close to another ship. The big drawback to trying to use Manaroo to pass tokens to Dengar is the more you build Manaroo synergy into your build, the weaker the build will be on turns when you can't use it (if you're out of range, or Manaroo has died). With the pre-nerf lists, it was easier to use, and the rewards were greater. That's just not true anymore.
That isn't to say that Manaroo can't work with Dengar, but that you should almost ignore her. Start with a pretty standard Expertise/K4/Unhinged/Title/Torpedo build. Maybe add Glitterstim and/or Countermeasures, or switch a card or two. I feel like going with either VI or Boba Fett could be an interesting meta call, but Expertise/K4 is the most popular for a reason. For Manaroo, presume she's either a lower-pilot-skill Tel Trevura in a Dengar-Tel build (see Justin Phua's worlds list), or else build her like a Bumpmaster. Intimidation, Intelligence Agent, Anti-Pursuit Lasers, Feedback Array, maybe even R5-P9.
In either case, however, you'd probably be better with the lower PS of the Scout for blocking, or the higher PS of Tel firing torpedoes and snagging target locks. The old build needed to be killed, however cute it was that Dengar and Manaroo were a couple in the old extended universe writings.

More specifically to your list, it doesn't have the action economy to pull off what it wants to do. You won't be able to target lock if you focus for Bodyguard (which won't help because folks will kill Manaroo first anyhow), or Squad Leader to pass the action along. Also, high-cost ships like Dengar almost never want to give up their actions to boost a support ship like Manaroo. Particularly if Manaroo is just going to pass the tokens back to Dengar. Also, if you're using Torpedoes, it's probably best to use Extra Munitions rather than two kinds of torps. If you don't have copies, proxy them.
* I had a friend who'd run a torpedo Manaroo who'd get in more damage before she died sooner than other Manaroos. He did well at worlds with it, 7-2 I think, missing the cut by just a little.
ok would a dengarau list work better then?
Dengar and Fenn Rau will work OK together. There are two basic builds. One is just those two.
Fenn Rau with PTL, CDP, AT should be his baseline.
Dengar with Expertise, K4, Unhinged, POne. I'd probably take Plasma or Proton Torpedoes, and Extra Munitions. Add some combination of Glitterstim, Guidance Chips, Countermeasures, and Scavenger Crane (great with CM).
Depending how points work out, maybe Fenn Rau gets a torpedo too.

Alternately, Inaldrattanni is a Fenn/Dengar list.
Inaldra with Light Scyk, Attanni Mindlink
Fenn with CDP, AT, Attanni Mindlink
Dengar with Attanni Mindlink, POne, Overclocked R4, and a few of the other standard Dengar upgrades. I don't dislike Inspiring Recruit, but K4 is probably among the best crew.
One cool trick is to attack with Fenn first, spend his focus token. Then attack with Dengar and spend that focus token, regaining it with Overclocked R4. This will give everyone a stress, but you've got strong greens on all the ships. However, when Dengar get his new focus token, Fenn Rau gets another one himself! Dengar will often still get a pile of stress from using Overclocked R4 on his multiple attacks and when defending, but Attanni Mindlink doesn't share stress with already-stressed ships, so it's not that hard on the rest of the list.
If you wind up against a list which gives out stress, you'll probably need to play a little different, perhaps not use Overclocked as often, or not if your opponent will be stressing other ships later in the turn.

Something worth noting about Fenn Rau is that he's not in as great shape as he was before the Scurrg. He's not bad, but Nym does have a bit of an advantage over him most of the time. If you're plagued in your games by too many Nym opponents, this might not be the list for you.
Dengaroo, as in zuckuss/overclocked/lw shenanigans is dead.
A Dengar Manaroo could work I guess:
Manaroo (27) w/ Attanni Mindlink (1) , Proton Torpedoes (4) , Recon Specialist (3) , R4 Agromech (2) , Scavenger Crane (2) , Countermeasures (3)
Dengar (33) w/ Attanni Mindlink (1) , Plasma Torpedoes (3) , K4 Security Droid (3) , Unhinged Astromech (1) , Scavenger Crane (2) , Countermeasures (3) , Punishing One (12)
Total: 100
Dengar can end up with 3 focus tokens per turn, plus countermeasures for agility and to deter alpha strikes. Scavenger crane can act as an extra munitions as well.
