The card lets you interrupt to perform a move. It says you can use the card "during any activation". Can you use this in the middle of an attack? When an attack is declared?

I would not allow to use it during actions or while resolving other "during an activation" abilities.

RRG,Abilities said:

· An ability that can be used "during your activation" can be
used before or after performing an action during an activation.
It cannot be used while resolving an action.

So, you cannot spend movement points, suffer strain for mp, or perform other "during your activation" abilities during actions. You also can't perform one during your activation ability while performing another. For example, you cannot spend movement points while performing Heroic .

I don't see why "during an activation" ability would not follow the same principles as "during your activation" abilities do.
