Hi,

It says on the rule book that players can check out the command dials at anytime as long as they are kept back into order. How about changing your commands? Are we allowed to change them or we can only change the command dial after its been activated?

Once you've put a command dial on that stack, it's stuck there. There are some upgrades that allow you to discard command dials (like Skilled First Officer) or change them prior to revealing them (like Weapon Liaison or Wing Commander), but there's no way to change the command once it's been added to the stack unless you're using one of those kinds of upgrades.
