Saturation Salvo works on things with LOWER agility than the missile's cost, not the same.

So it only gets 0 and 1 agility, all the 2s and 3s get ignored. So all the x wings, all the attack shuttles, Dash.

Admittedly, Rebels are the most vulnerable faction to that combo, but you'd be better off spending your EPT to actually HIT them than to get a small chane of damage on a miss.

Because people are really desperate for it not to be crap, given that there are three copies of it taking up space in the wave.

The card is doa. The extra copies are just FFG trying to put enough cards in the packs to justify cost.

I think you're right. I also think they should just fill out all the extra space with Autothrusters and Cruise Missiles. Nobody has ever said "oh, I wish I had less Autothrusters and Cruise Missiles!" I have 12 copies of Stealth Device and I still don't feel bad about it because I can give them to people.

That'd be nice but then how would they get you to buy doa expansions? FFG might not be able to balance ships but they can balance their checkbooks no problem.
