Ok, 150 points is not the place for a Raider. I'm well aware of that, but this is for a casual night. Next week there will be 1 GR75 and 2 CR90s (one will have to be Imperial) for a quick fun epic match. Obviously fighters are going to be at a minimum - but there will be a few.

I've got the Raider loaded out for a fight.

• 3x Homing Missiles (3x 5)
• Ordnance Tubes (5)
• Grand Moff Tarkin (6)
• Thug Droids (1)
• Impetuous (title) (3)
• Weapons Engineer (3)
• 133 points total

Escort being "Dark Curse" and one point remaining.

I realize if I drop Tarkin, the Thug Droids and Dark Curse I can instead have two Academy pilots as escort. I'm thinking though that Tarkin will pay for himself defensively removing focus from the expected ARC threat (I expect PTL Norra from the GR75 player) and I'm sure those Thug Droids will pay off for a single point. No Gozanti, so it eliminates certain TIE pilots and the cheaper epic ship, but I do believe I've got enough firepower to make things rough.

What would you do?

Who is going to use evade tockens if you fight against other epic ships. I'd use plasma torpedoes and cluster missiles and you will extra points for more upgrades.

Captain jonus is great if you change the raiders hardpoints to ordnance! Or just for the few missiles you already have, then you can possibly fly tie shuttle and get a couple of crew on him, maybe saboteur.

clarification i am not saying drop the missiles with jonus, i think he could really boost your raders attacks rather than just being an escort.

It's about not spending the target lock so I can focus fire.
