HotAC mod: putting accurate point values on pilot abilities

So anyone who's played Hotac has gone through and figured out their "perfect build", and it becomes pretty obvious some pilot abilities are stronger than others. That wasnt a problem when HoTac was released, when all the good pilot abilities were high PS, but now that FFG has started to make GOOD low PS uniques, being able to get Jess Pava at PS3 for less than Lone Wolf is an issue.

So pilot skill aside, how much SHOULD these pilot abilities be worth, if they were HotAC EPTs? (Regular EPts cost double in Hotac, so we've basically got access to half point for this) Feel free to chime in.

Heff Tober: Action economy, ties are often stupid enough to bump, easy to trigger but not reliable. 6 points, same as PTL?

Bodhi Rook : Everyone gets LRS as long as someone is in range. Probably not worth much, but could open up some interesting strategies. 2-3 points?

Cassian Andor : A better Wingman. Easilly worth 6-8 points.

Lieutenant Blount : Breaks TLT, but otherwise weak. Should probably be reworded for Hotac to avoid "cancel all results" weapon cheese, then worth 1-3 points or so.

Airen Cracken : Action free Squad leader ain the combat step, this abilitiy is amazing. Easilly worth 8-10 XP, if only for defensive tokens.

Eaden Vrill : One of the few rebel ways to roll more dice, but gated behind stressdroid, flechette cannon, or tactition. Extra die is worth 8, so call this 6 points or so.

"Leebo" : Crit control, combos strongly with Determination. I'm not really sure of the best way to price this.

Dash Rendar : Not as strong an option without the YT2400 chassis. 4 points?

Chewbacca : Critical immunity. R5 astromech is worht half a point, determination is about the same... call it 3 points?

Chewbacca (HOR) : An interesting choice, as it only triggers when an ally ejects. I'd make it pretty cheap for it's effect- 3 points?

Lando Calrissian : On a ship with more greens, this could be great. 6-8 points, same as Airen.

Rey : Super Lone wolf in arc on arc locked ships. 8 points, same as Expertise?

Han Solo : Weaker than a free TL every round, but not much. 8 points, same as expertise?

Han Solo (HOR) : Break missions, hilariously, but leaves you exposed. 5 points or so? or should it be 12+ points?

Horton Salm : Basically free TL. 8-10 points.

"Dutch" Vander : Systems officer, with a longer range and easier to trigger. 6 points?

I'll be updating this list as I or other people suggest decent point values for each pilot ability. Please explain your reasoning when you ballpark a point value, and remember that the EPT slot cost is doubled.
