In short: I wouldn’t.
I don’t like the VCX for a number of reasons, so I never play with it. I’ll try to help you anyway because my opinion shouldn’t stop you from flying the obese stop sign. These are my favorite builds for 3 of the pilots you chose:

That’s 77 points. If you trim the fat, you could fit Lothal Rebel naked in this list.

It's got to run lean, but you can do it. I think dropping the Green Sqd to a Prototype isn't a bad idea as you don't really have the points to add much sexy EPT stuff to the A-Wing anyway.
Its hard to make this work. I would fly this, but chance it to a control list with R3-A2 on Jess, Lothar changed to Chopper with Ion Projector and down grade the Green to Prototype:

Another suggestion, that I am sure will work a lot better, and is still something like your suggestion, but functions very well due to Kanans pilot ability combined with Recon Spec and Rey combined with Rex for defence and TLT+Docked Zeb for offence.

What I have been doing is the following.
Jess with EPT droid, Trick shot and Integrated
Captain Rex
Lothal with FCS, Autoblaster turret, Hera and Chopper
Green Squadron with Chardaan refit, AT, Awing Test pilot, Crack shot, and Debt to pay.
This list is a monster. So much firepower in a joust and then it K turns with a lot of accuracy still. Before, I dropped the turret for AT on Jess but in 3 games, it never came up. So I think Integrated is better on her. I was considering Han solo to make the FCS a little better. I even thought about dropping Hera and Crack shot for Princess Leia to really hammer in that K turn because all the ships K turn at the same time on the first pass. You guys seem to not want the Ghost to be firing it's 4 die attack with a target lock. It is amazing. Especially with the K turn at keeping things in arc.
Play Imps instead.

People haves weird hard-on for accuracy corrector at the moment, you're spot on correct in using FCS for this Ghost, it's just a 4/5 dice battering ram. Chopper is probably fine instead of the Rey I suggested if you want to scrape points off.
Your version looks fine to me - pretty close to what I suggested. I'd be tempted to move A Score To Settle onto Jess? She's got better defences against those crits coming back, and more red dice is more chance of pushing crits on offense.

I put it on the A wing to actually make them shoot the A-wing first. With this list, I generally want the A wing to get it's crack shot off and take the brunt of the firepower and die first. I want the other three ships to last as long as possible

I think you should be able to hope for more out of the A-Wing than just throwing 20pts away for a Crack Shot.
I'd also look at whether an undocked Phantom shuttle is a good way to add 3 red dice for 20pts. Zeb with Rey crew (so you can keep actions for TL/Evade) could be a bit of a pocket battleship.

I think you mean trick shot rather than snap shot there for 20 points on the green. I had been considering the Attack shuttle just for the 3 dice. Even with so few points to play with this list has a lot of subtle variations to it. I keep going back and forth on a lot of them.

Hmm, no, Snap Shot fits in for 20. It's why you can run 5x Snap/Crack A-Wings as squad. No Autothrusters.

I was thinking about snap shot or possibly a deadeye cruise missile on the A as well with guidance just to make that initial alpha from the whole list really hit hard.
Snap Deadeye Cruise A is AWESOME! I definitely recommend it.
Someone at my local gaming store suggested Princess Leia because the whole list k turns at the same time. Help sink in that initial damage when all ships are still on the table.

If you drop the Awing for Zeb Tie Fighter with Tactician, you can add Op Spec on the Ghost. Now you have two 2 dice tie fighters firing and probably missing, tossing focus tokens to Swarm Leader Jess and the Ghost.
