The conspiracy is "focusing on the gold mine that is Destiny"
God alone knows why anyone'd want to mix dice with card drawing. Jesus Christ man, that's just rng overdose
Edited by ficklegreendiceWe will get a guns for hire release article a week from tomorrow (10/26).
Beyond that no idea... I would expect to not hear much until they are ready to start teasing the new waves.
But I don't need ffg to enjoy the game I have. I'll just keep pew pew'ing until they have something for us.
Aren't new ships coming out next week?

Cards AND dice? Egad!
What’s next, roulette wheels and pig poop bingo? I can’t take this anymore!
I miss Decipher.
Does anyone else feel that the higher ups just see X-wing as a stable inflow that requires little in the way of further expansion or development? (And I should clarify, by this I mean they don't see a need to expand the current model of no official or standardized interaction with the community, and a few new ships every couple of months). For a game that sells as unbelievably well as it does, how is it that the team is pulled away to spend time on other projects? By this point I would have expected a whole team of 5-10 full time people focusing solely on development of this game, but from the sounds of it they just have three people splitting their time amongst several unrelated game projects.
There should surely be at least a few people whose job it is is to think about mining the goldmine that is the X-wing license nonstop, full time, without distraction of other projects. Those same people would also be coordinating (likely through a media person) in-depth communication with the player base.
I feel like the X-wing community is like an herb garden, but FFG thinks the community is more like a cactus. (Water them once every month or so, they'll be fine!)

From a very vocal minority here they also only see the thorny side

"I can not train him. No patience, he has."
Yes. We have been abandoned. Like Wookiee cubs sent up a tree and left to find our own way in the galaxy.

More like a mushroom farm. Left in the dark and fed bantha excrement.

You can climb the trees on Kashyyyk into space?!

Yes. Wookiee’s grow really big wood.
Perhaps they share this with some of us: Forums aren't for complaining but for building, so much negativity, pesimism and weak critizism it's nearly unbearable. Get a life (they, the developers have it, it's their game).
THE SILENCE WILL CONTINUE UNTIL MORALE IMPROVES.

Their spaceships are made out of wood so I don't see why not.
Friendly reminder the longest drought this game has had was between September 2013 and January 2014.... besides gfh drops next week.
considering there is still quite a bit of recently-announced product still on its way, I would say no
...you guys do have other hobbies besides waiting for FFG news releases, right?
...right?

But morale will improve when the silence is discontinued!
A PARADOX!
... actually, nevermind. Some people will DEFINITELY complain about what we get regardless of what it is (yay internet)

WHAT?????
The silence is deafening!
It's always adorable to see people complain about a lack of X-wing news or releases. Especially when you compare it to almost anything else in FFG's line up. Among the SW stuff alone it dominates all others, even the new hotness of Destiny.
We have two waves qeued up for xwing with movie tie-ins as a part of it. In Armada we have a reprint and one new ship on the horizon for the foreseeable future.
Relax, guys.
It could be worse, we could be in attack wing's boat. We could be sitting in denial that our game is swirling down the toilet, with card only expansions after the company crapped out so many sub-par models with overpowered cards. Xwing will never be as bad as that disaster.
