Yes. *******. Please.
But really:
Stealth Fighter
Imperial only, Unique, Small only, 3 points
You may equip up to two Title upgrades
Your action bar gains the Cloak action icon.
When you perform a decloak, you must use the straight template (for the barrel roll/boost) equal to your agility value.

Oh, come now! No ship that small has a cloaking device!

No.
The whole point of having some range restriction on ordnance is destroyed here. Hide ordnance cards and the initial joust changes from a tactics game to a poker one. That's not what you want in a miniature game.

Same thing could be said about dials.

With a lot of bad faith, maybe ?
Dials are the backbone of the game. You have some guessing, but more importantly, some intel also. The principle is to beat the opponent in the dial game, knowing what his ship can do.
If you strip that knowledge, then it becomes only a guessing game. Which is, imo, way less interesting to play.

That core element is why I can't stand turret primaries

Amen to that
Dude, what if that tumor on the FO bomber is actually a cloaking device?
Imperial TIE Bombers are already 'stealth' bombers!
YOU NEVER SEE THEM ON THE TABLE! LOL
