I have been rummaging through the organized play area and I have no idea if FF has noted if there was a place to apply to host a Kotei. If anyone knows please link the thread.

If you have a store, a retailer account with Asmodee, and a retailer account with Alliance Games, you can then apply to host store championships and have access to quarterly organized play kits.

If you want to host events for fun, then no application is needed.
