Mhd versus GiledPaelleon resulted in another victory for the invincible Garm Bel Iblis in an approximately 418 to 160ish ( 9-2 victory ) playing fire lanes.

Giled was sporting two mean ISD-1s, an arquittan and a flotilla piloted by the able Moff JJ with a total absence of fighters. Through poor initial positioning, the empire flew their fleet in a column formation through the swarm of fighters and stumbled out the other side bloodied into the mighty Defiance side arcs. The first pealed off with minimal hull remaining, due to over zealous use of leading shots on my part, but was kind enough to taunt Garm over the radio on his obvious mistakes. Enraged by their poor math skills, the defiance destroyed JJs personal ISD and the Arquitan on the final turn.

Gilled achieved the very rare and highly coveted "Flack Man" achievement award for destroying 3 vcx freighters, 2 yt1300s, and gold squadron exclusively with AA fire and as always was a joy to play.

If anyone is interested in getting a match started in the next 30 to 60 minutes, I’ll be online soon.

As it turns out, working for 8 of 9 days in a row makes me slack off hard core when it comes to non-work related responsibilities! Who'd have thought?

JJs is going back to what made him famous - his 2016 World Championship list - or a modified version thereof. Good luck to anyone who tries to take him down. Oh, and he gets more fighters, just FYI. Feel free to look up his old list to remind yourself roughly what it looks like. He's using the objective to take more Y-Wings, FYI.

"No Disintegrations" - Bounty Hunters will be First Player against JJ's "Base Defense: Fighter Wing" objective.

@thecactusman17 - Wanted: Quality Imperial Commanders

Imperial High Command representative thecactusman17 has tasked Admiral Motti with finding qualified Imperial commanders to engage in fleet maneuvers of a friendly sort. The Admiral is a busy man though, and must schedule these fleet engagements in advance.

"No Disintegrations" - Initiative Bid will determine player order. Neither player may bring fighters. thecactusman17 must use Admiral Motti. Bounty Hunter must use a different Imperial Commander. Either player may include Nebulon B's as though they were Imperial ships. Interested Bounty Hunters MUST send a message to @thecactusman17 with the title "(Player Name) Bounty Request 2017" for consideration.

CaribbeanNinja brought a VSD, 4 Flechette raiders, a Gozanti, and 6 TIE fighters with JerJerrod to try and stem the Y-wing tide. Despite first player and his TIE fighters going 28/28 on possible hits (swarm did help), the Y-wings prevailed. One squadron of Y's, both my YT-1300's, and one of the HWK-290's died, however in return the Imperial fleet was tabled. 400-48 win for myself. MoV of 352 for a 10-1 win.

This was brutal to watch, I thought all those Flechette's would slow down all those squads but there were just too many of them. Whomever is going to take this bounty is gonna have to be able to deal with a boatload of squads.

If anyone needs a game I hope to be on Vassal tonight sometime around 8pm Eastern US time give or take a few minutes.
