Yes. I've only seen them at larger events such as worlds, system opens, nationals, etc. But you have to play in one of the epic tournaments to get them; usually five energy tokens for participating I think

I've played this game for 3 years. Likely 200 or more tournament games. I've never seen anyone play Horton Salm. I also have also never seen illicit tokens used. At least they got the Omicron card. Way to phone it in FFG (mocking slow clap).

Horton Salm is used a lot with new players and casual players. Of course they’ll do illicits. When Tractor Beams started out they had those too. Illicit tokens can be used for other things too like Glitterstim. The Omicron is cool to have as an Old Palp ace player.
