I think that's the 1st time that it changed to shipping before team covenant billed me for my subscription. Usually I get a Tuesday forewarning.

Based on previous releases, I'd say Thursday next week.

Usually 2 weeks. So that would be the 26th, which tallies with the tentative release on the Warstore website.

Just adding my voice for confirmation: during Dunwich, when a product switched to shipping, it was a fortnight before it made it to shops. I was even emailed by my local shop to say exactly that, to expect Thursday 26.
