I was looking at the schedule for tournaments and it shows we are due a Q4 kit anytime now. Has anyone heard anything about this for Armada or any of the SW games?

Not as of yet.
But they should be arriving in stores in the next 30 days in the US.
I didn't know if they had pushed them back since Regionals will be starting in a few weeks. I would love to see what is included in this and the Regional kits, but it seems like they stopped announcing the kits back in Q3.

If last year is to go by, Regional Kit info should be out either tomorrow, or next week sometime... (It was the 16th or 18th of October last year).
But yeah, the Quarterly Kits missed the announcement last time for sure. Won't know if that was an accident or a trend until this time, I guess.

As far as announcements go I think the trend IS accidents.
Haven't showed up yet, and it's making me grumpy. Normally we get them a week or so before the quarter they're for, but I'm currently running a monthly league that's been bought into with the assumption that the Q4 stuff should be here by the end of the month.
Given I've been the guy to spoil the last two kits, I'm keeping an eye out for when they show up here.

A Q4 X-Wing Kit made it to a store and pictures were snapped of it, so I dare say that the same for an Armada kit may not be too far away.

We've already got Alt-Art X-Wings in the mix.
I have over 30 of them in my Prize Kit. I use them for rewarding "repeat newcomers".
One of our local stores has the Q4 kit for armada. We’ve got a tournament in 8 days at a different one, so we will probably get those distributed then.

I've seen pics for Destiny, X-wing, and Runewars. I'm hoping somebody spoils Armada and Imperial Assault soon.
Hopefully Armada is better than the X-wing one!

We at least don't suffer from the same kind of... Elitism(?) I don't know if that's the right kind of word... Exclusivitism, or something like that...
I'm pretty sure that if they turned around and re-included a Ship Card from Wave One in the Pack, Armada players would be all over it. Because all the ones we have from that Era are all getting on in their Rare Status.
I know that comes with the territory of Armada having fewer ship cards compared to X-Wing Pilot cards and all...
But, y'know, let's face it.
They already printed Rapid Reload.
No other Card in Armada is more maligned than that, save perhaps Cluster Bombs... And Honestly, if I had a half-dozen copies of Cluster Bombs I'd be inclined to try them in this High-Ace Squadron Meta.

Heck, if they ever run out of regular cards to do alt-arts for, how cool would it be to get alt-art objective cards? Make the text small and throw in a thematic picture in the background? I'd be all over that. And at 8 objective cards per type they would have enough alt-arts to cover a couple years worth of prize kits.
I really just want alt art ECM. Not because I need more, but so I can run a 100% alt art fleet.

CC already gave us a kinda alt art objective with rebel rank markings in it.
