surely someone can help:
1. If there are two Uneasy Truce Plotcards revealed. does the attacker must give the defender 4 Gold???? are the effects cumulative?
2. my opp reveals valar. i have "maester wendemyr" , theon and 2 influence in play.
may i kneel the maester to save himself and stand him with the 2 influence, and then kneel him (after my opp´s had the opportunity to do the same) again to save theon.

Yes. Each card is a separate effect and each one must be resolved. If you cannot resolve both of them, the one you don't resolve blocks your military challenge.

Yes. That works.
Note that it only works because the standing effect is part of the save effect. If it was a second effect that said something like "Response: after a character is saved, kneel 2 influence to stand the saved character," the standard Response could not be activated until after all save opportunities for Valar had passed.
