Right. So it's a promo card that's pure promo, and not tournament legal?
Its a self made card by the organizer of a tournament (in this case the Stele Open 2017, from 7-9 april in Herndon, VA). This is no official FFG promo, and mention FFG in the titel of the offer is really questionable (in addition to no word that this is no official promo card). On the backside is even a holo logo, might be from the team that made the cards.
And a starting bid of $50 for this is more than just bad joke.
I know what a few teams are making such special cards for their tournaments. There is nothing wrong with these cards. But selling them in this way is questionable.

I have both. Both cards are well done. I love the art on the Leia card.
They are very cool thin plastic cards. Not strictly FFG tourney legal, but doubt you would have much resistance to them. $50 a pop is a bit much
Stele Open has done some insane custom prizes in the past. For example, this gorgeous Jakku custom playmat was given out to top finishers in a previous year.
Relatedly: Looks like there is no Stele Open in 2018. But you probably already knew that.
