So, waaay back in the day, a user by the name of Gribble made up a bunch of Critical Injury cards. Now, these weren't like the ones FFG released, these were designed with the idea that you would be dealt a random card when you took a crit, and the nastiness of the hit determined which end of the card you read (Each card had two sides, one for minor and one for major crits). Of course, these were linked on The Compiled Resources List , but the links are now dead. Anyone still have them lying around?
