In my head we're back on Mad and Ebon. For me Toad is somewhat clear. How could he have known that there is a watcher if he din't have it in his role message? If he were scum he wouldn't know something like that.

He may have been basing it off of Ebon's initial claim, which he himself admitted to have read as watcher.

That makes absolutely no sense. Had they stolen literally anyone else's vote, they would have won by now.
If Norell was a scummy vote theif he would have turboed either me or Ebon... the only explanation for the turbo not happening was because either me or ebon is theif... and I know it ain’t me

They can kill at night. That much is clear form JJ's death. Your alignment means nothing. 5 players, 2 scum means that if they lynch anyone other than scum today they win. They would therefore be stupid to steal their own votes.

That assumes that Mad is telling the truth. If he is, then it is Ebon, waiting for one town vote on you to hammer. But if not, then Mad is the thief.
There is a vote thief, sure. But who? Mad, who didn't steal/tried stealing Norell's after JJ? Ebon?
That is why I believe it could be either. Maybe it is Ebon, sure seems more likely. I am curious as to why you seemed to be saying the same things I am saying, but only after quoting me and providing an argument that I then counter with what I said before.
The two scum no kill thing was more me thinking out loud...
Mad could be lying... I have no idea how that interaction would play out ( if a persons vote is stolen by two people)

I think Ebon's story isn't consistent enough so he is lying. What his lie covers, a 3rd party or scum, I don't know. I feel him the safer bet to lynch.
Mad is the second on my list. he may or may not be scum. He could be third party too, but I don't think he's town.
Toad, I consider him a proven third party. He knew there was a watcher and he couldn't know it without being explicitly told in his role message. And a scum won't be told about town roles, that's for sure.
And there is Gnips, who is so firmly town that if he isn't he's playing the scum game of his life and deserves to win

The four options are:
Mad alone and no stolen vote (implying that he is the vote thief)
Mad and Toad/Ebon and no stolen vote (implying that one of them is the vote thief)
Toad/Ebon alone and a stolen vote (implying that he is the vote thief)
Toad/Ebon alone and no stolen vote - this makes no sense as Mad is missing his vote in this case
If we are to trust Toad through Norell's claim, we have:
