Just the one, and really only because he seemed so eager to start. I wouldn't hang him for it, I'm just trying to:

1) get his attention

2) get a conversation going

Anyways, that is the last I shall say about it until he shows up.

I mean, everyone has kind of been quiet, even for a D1.

But @Visovics has been absent minus the confirm post.

However, I'm not sure that posting/lack of posting is indicative of scuminess. Take JJ for example. He is typically pretty quiet/posts infrequently. He does this whether he is scum (last game) or not.

As sunset approached, the gathered ensemble pondered their options.

In the meantime, the most underworked mod, retires.

Okay we have very little so far.

However, with a 1/8 chance of hitting a scum, we cannot go no-lynch here folks.

Here are my (weak because little info) reads:

JJ: Baited with his first post? I can see that. And a few bit.

GNips and Ebonhawk are both kind of pushing on Mads and Vis. Might be understandable since Vis has been totally absent.

Norell: has been here but hasn't really done anything strange.

Mads: very little

Vis: zero. I mean nothing. zilch.

TheToad: I'm tempted to press TheToad on his "Training Day" stuff. He might have been fishing here.

The last couple games we’ve played have all had down to the wire D1s where we wind up turboing someone with little evidence... yea I want to avoid that

and you’re right I was fishing for flavor... if there was any info to be gained by examining the possible connection to the movie then I want that info to be available

And I’m tired of the “ we need to talk guys” posts...drum up some actual conversation...

I would also really like to know where @Visovics is at... he hasn’t been on since he confirmed... I checked his profile

Hmm...

Doesn't react at all to my posts, and throws a vote in a new direction. All with about 6 hours left

The toad to me so far seems to be playing the same old toad, think his training day thing was a genuine attempt at starting some conversation..

Gnips has also talked about hopes of not being lynched, although I'm not too sure on the logic behind JJs vote on him?

I'm eager to hear from the quieter ones, what're peoples thoughts on my earlier post about a possible 3rd-party or a survivor/traitor role? Knowing Pod IRL I know he likes his flavour, just a guess..

Not sure what to think about that at all. I haven't paid attention to that at all. I agree that Pod could be doing something flavor-wise, but I'm not sure if it helps us. As a matter of fact I think it can cause problems for the town in that we are talking about something that isn't really related to voting and lynching a scum.

@CaribbeanNinja I agree totally with your last point in the post above... we need to keep the possible flavor connection in mind but not let it dominate the thought process here

as for JJ’s vote on Nips... his reasoning is there, he called Nips out for seconding my opinion that his (JJ’s) town claim was suspicious... JJ said it was a scum play to just parrot someone else’s opinion

I agree that was the reasoning, went back and looked.

However what strikes me as odd is the lack of him giving us why, and the fact that he threw in the "We need to get talking!" right before saying he'll disappear.

First "Finally town again." I can buy. Second now is a little pattern. Yeah, might be nothing. If its another "trap" to see if anybody bites, well I think that you can only do that so many times.

That is plausible... but Vis hasn’t even logged in since he role confirmed...

His town claim and indeed not reacting to Ninja's post is enough for me now, as we have basically nothing to work with.

I think JJ voted me because I was 'going after' the quiet ones. In point of fact, however, I was merely trying to get Vis' attention and start a discussion about anything . People's silence was literally the only thing. I am a little suspicious of JJ, because he seems to have mildly twisted my words, but as I can understand his point of view, and can see where the miscommunication could have happened, I do not think much of it.

I also don't think Toad is suspicious merely for talking about flavor - I do not know the value of discussing it, but at least he brought something up.

Third party is a possibility, but as Vis apparently hasn't been on at all on the forums since he confirmed, I don't think it that is any explanation, nor do I think somebody would reveal their role so obviously if it did exist.

In actuality it is very strange because after reading the thread JJ seems to have had more issues with Ebon than Gnips.

And the Gnips thing is incredibly weak in my opinion.
