I will warn you all, however, that my attendance for the first few days (RL) may be spottier than usual. I likely will have to be on fairly often, but I can no longer be sure of being on as regularly as before.

Well if it's a google doc then in the top right corner, under your email address, there should be a large blue button with 'Share' written on it. Clicking on it allows you to change the share settings. You can obtain the link to share it from there, and you can edit the rights of the viewers from 'can edit' to 'can view'.
