Asmodea, or however its spelled, Italia's Facebook page is doing another one of their Quiz things before a set, like with IG-88 before Spirit came out, and the character is Yoda. So pretty much 100% confirmation he is in the set.

As I said this pretty much 100% confirms it. Its the same way we found out about IG-88 from Spirit of Rebellion.

Also, if you look at the picture of the box that FFG posted it pretty clearly has a picture of a blue dice with Yoda on it.

Take a look at the pic, its old hermit Yoda on a rock in a swamp. Most are guessing he will be the 10/14 or some where in that area support character.

I really hope he is 10/14 or 15/22 or 16/22.

The quiz was about guessing the sum for: life points + sum of die faces + Elite points cost.

My guesses were 10 + 10 + 22...so my answer was 42

Something tells me if we get Yoda he'd be an expensive as **** character.

For the most part hes quiet and doesnt do anything other than offer advice and wisdom, but hes proven countless times he can be a total badass when the time comes to it.

If this is swamp hermit Yoda he should absolutely be a support character. 10/14 so he can pair with Awakenings Luke or SoR Obi-Wan. Give him card draw synergy with Luke, something like "Whenever you draw a card, force an opponent to deal 1 indirect damage." Might be OP but some synergy like that could make Luke relevant (as he should be).

I'm hoping Yoda is the boss like Palp and you run him has a single character. Though he should be all about control, like remove one our your die to resolve an opponent's die. Control, control, you must learn control.

I'm down with that too but I think his solo variant will be reserved for prequel trilogy "Grand Master of the Jedi" Yoda. We'll definitely get 2 versions.

Though they could always pull a Robot Chicken joke and release him as a Palp-level blue character entitled "The True Sith Lord"

I believe he meant for Blue and more specifically Villians.
