Will Cassian Andor (Pilot) Trigger Kyle Katarn (Crew)? Assuming Kyle is on an adjacent ship (say Dash Rendar for example).

I'd lean towards no. 'You' on cards refers to the ship/the ship with the card equipped. Kyle says 'When you(the ship with kyle equipped) remove a stress token from your ship...', while pilot Cassian says '...you may remove 1 stress token from another friendly ship..'.

So in the context of Kyle crew, "You" isn't removing the stress token, Cassian is, so Kyle doesn't trigger.

The FAQ covers Kyle and Wingman seems to indicate that these two wouldn't work together, for basically the reason @Otacon said.

Wingman


The ship with Wingman equipped is the ship that is removing the stress token. Therefore, if a ship with Wingman removes a stress token from another friendly ship that is equipped with Kyle Katarn (crew), that ship is not assigned a focus token from Kyle's ability.

And since Kyle triggers on you removing a stress from your ship and Cassian only removes stress from another friendly ship, there's no overlap.
