Since there's so much interest in superheroes it got me wondering what if there WERE superheroes out there but something or someone the cause for their seeming anonymity rather than the likes of SHIELD there's an agency similar to the Illuminati who sees such people as a threat they either control, dissect to reproduce for their own benefit or outright kill?

So the Gifted meets Heroes but Hydra is dominant... well was because the idea for this game is to introduce a team similar to Smallville's Justice Society into something on the level of not exactly Avengers more covert but not the Authority!

Would that be interesting or do I need to work on the backstory?
