Hello.
This has probably been asked before, but I haven't been able to find an answer going through the forums regarding this. If the admiral (or anyone else, for that matter) must choose between two options, one of them forcing him and the current player to discard cards, but the current player has no skill cards in his hand... can the admiral still choose that option?
