Oh yeah we did. I thought it was a great time. I've been tweaking my rebel squadron list ever since haha. Hopefully we will be getting more game nights on the go in the near future here.

That's great news! I'll be happy to lend out ships and squads for either faction once I properly move and ship all my stuff over there. I'm hoping that you guys will have gathered some local momentum by then too.

For sure. We had 3 people turn out which was a great start but it would be great to get some larger tournament style days planned. I will continue to post any game nights we plan onto this forum in case there are any potential prospects out there who are interested in coming out.

Yah it was definitely awesome. The Empire carried the day, but ultimately we were all honing our skills and refining our basic tactics and strategies. Need moar.

You guys want to plan something else before the Xmas holidays? I will be around until the 24th, and then gone doing family stuff until after New Years. If not in the next few weeks, we should plan something for earlyish January.

I would be down for some games either way. I definitely want to plan something for January since im probably gonna get a bunch of stuff for christmas that ill wanna try out. I could also probably be avalible for this weekend or next depending on the day.

That's no problem if you need to borrow stuff. I will also be fairly busy between Christmas and New Years but I will be in and out of the city so I will let you know if I have a free evening. I thinking either way we should set something up for the 1st or 2nd weekend in January, and if we can squeeze something in before that as well even better.

Hey guys has anyone thought of making an armada fb group for the maritimes? I know the current FFG games one for the maritimes is there but any armada stuff gets buried by destiny and X wing.

That would probably be a good idea. I don't use fb so if someone did make one I would appreciate being kept I the loop. I imagine it would probably be easier to manage there though since way more people use it than the forums.

Funny enough I had the thought of putting together a Facebook group or page for Armada. In a manic moment of creativity I even sketched out a quick logo. Atlantic Armada Association. Each capital A has a ship in it; ISD, Y-wing and A-wing. I guess I may as well go ahead and create it now lol. Will do so sometime this week.

It might also be worth being people's mobile (cell?) numbers and settinh up a WhatsApp group. That helps with you want to get hold of people to organise games without stuff getting buried in Facebook (or for the people who don't have it).
