I have a doubt about the order of resolving effects from Desperado and Combat Coat while defending. Let's assume I have N hostile figures within 3 spaces, I get N evades thanks to Deperado and M evades from white die. Can I decide to convert up to N+M evades in blocks?

Yes, it's a ridiculous combo. (Although, I would expect the imperial player to use less but higher-health figures to counter.)

Well, it's for one attack only, so maybe not quite that ridiculous after all.
