Question for National TOs about Spot Gloss Black Squadron cards

Hi guys.

Has any of you experienced missing cards of the spot Gloss Black Squadron

We are about to kick of our national and just opend the price kit.

It only has 35 Spot Gloss cards. The homepage for the event sags top 8 gets 5 each so we should have at least 40 (or 45 if there is a set for the TO like the other prizes)

Has any of you experience the same or is the home mistakes and people should one get 4 cards leaving 3 for the TO?
