I'm sure most people know about Cryodex. If you were't aware, it supports many games including Armada. I've updated it recently, so it should be much better. I'm not super familiar with Armada tournament rules so let me know if you notice anything wacky.

Also, the Armada support is now on the Android version!!! Give it a shot and let me know what you think.

Last time I checked:

The rules for concessions are incorrect.

It's a score of 8 - 0 MoV 140 MINIMUM. But if the board state at concession results in a better score, this supersedes the default 8/140.

Cryodex does not currently handle this.

Confirmed what Green Knight said. I put in a 400-0 concession, which by Armada rules should be 10-0. Instead it came up as 8-0.

That said, I really appreciate the Armada update to the mobile app man!

Ok, I see the disconnect now. It's getting the correct MOV, but a wrong score. I missed that part of the rule...

Give me an hour or so and I'll have it all updated for you. Thanks for the explanation!

Ok, new version is up (at least for desktop, googleplay takes a bit to update). Give it a shot and let me know if it's accurate.

I played around with this on my phone and love it so far, way better to bring my tablet then my laptop. I have a few issues with it. First is that I have to use the three ... to choose Generate next round and there seems to be now way to end the tournament. Also I registered three players and they have duplicated to 12 players after I started my test tournament.

I am going to use this at the next tournament at my game store.

Your first two are just the way it is right now. Tournaments are created from the registration panel. Also, the tournament stays loaded until you create a new tournament. Changing how that all works is possible, but not something i'm doing at the moment. I'll put your suggestions on my todo list, but honestly I have no idea when I'll get to that.

You mentioned having players duplicated after you started a tournament. Are you able to duplicate that problem? Definitely something I want to take a look at.

Just downloaded the App and I tried a 8 player tournament and after the first round all 4 losses scored 5 tournament points only 1 of the results should have been a 5. tried it twice now same result

Are you not seeing the 5 points for a loss issue like xwing nut? The backed points structure should be the same on both.

I didn't look for it - I just checked the concession policy.

But now that I check, the bug is there for me too:

Any kind of loss gives 5 points.

On the bright side, the 4.7 version didn't have this problem so I should be able to do a compare on the two and figure out what I screwed up.

A reset button might be a good idea. I reset my version on my phone so often that I don't really think about removing players and creating a new event. I'll add it to my list.

Not really an answer to your question, I don't know of anything for iOS but I have Cryodex loaded on my laptop and use it for when I TO tournaments. I just find a laptop a better platform for such a thing, trying to manage a tournament on a phone or even a tablet can be daunting IMO.

I don’t disagree - but all I own is a phone... I’d love to have a working laptop.

No chance on an IOS version coming from me. I barely cobbled together the android version.
