Starfighters, I assume.
Blue-Grey.
Or Grey-Blue.
Depends on whether I'm using Games Workshop or Vallejo paints that day.
(Although, most of the time, Flat-Grey is requested)
And that's mostly because of Rebels. They may have been shown to be more Grey-Blue in Return of the Jedi, but certainly, in the Modern Canon of Rebels and Rogue One, they are Grey.

If you're talking fighters, I've done some in grey like the A New Hope fighters, some in blue like the empire fighters, some in red for Royal Guard, and the Citadel color "The Fang" looks darn sexy on Defenders.

Starfighters grey. Pilots blue.
Generic squadrons are grey and black. Uniques are all painted ...unique. For ships I have at least one of each painted in gold and 3 different shades of silver the rest are all over the place as far as paint schemes go.

I plan on going blue, myself.
I use a very specific shade of grey and blue to paint my stuff:
Green.
But I do remember micromachines painting all imp fighters ashade of navy blue and ISD a white grey. I always thought that was weird though cuz the fighters always looked grey to me.

I learned the basics of painting miniatures by practicing on Micromachines

Star Destroyers are grey/white
The Imperial fighters are a darker grey. (That blue we all remember from the movies was a side effect of the blue screen ILM used to shoot the scenes. If they were actually blue the color would have made the fighters transparent. Something that actually happened with the struts in the snow speeder cockpits in ESB.)
