I'm going to do an advertisement in the main forum and then in the next day or so when I get in all of the lists, we'll start. My current plan is to make sure Euro and N/A players get matched up in Round 1. Make sure you're in the right division on the first post of the thread.

Oh I remember I remember!
The original idea in 40k was to trade armies with your first round opponent- so you play against your own list for the first game. Then each player sticks with that army going forward. This would ensure you don't play against your own army again in a Swiss matchup.
Thus the incentive to build an army that's good but not TOO good. List victories weren't tracked separately, it was just the list in your opponent's hands.
A bit different front what I originally proposed but it came to me in the shower, where I do my best thinking apparently.
The random list matchup we have here helps shake up the list performance so it's more independent of player skill, which is nice.

That sounds like a great idea, but I'm stoked about the list swapping actually. It'll probably be chaotic, but I think this little tourney would be the place to test it.

Not as exciting as the fleets, but you can start scheduling. As soon as Potato submits I'll release them all into the wild.
We could always use Fab's "random" option for Potato's fleet if he takes too long... 
In the hopes that we get our fleets assigned before this evening, @Tokra and I have tentatively scheduled our game for 6 PM BST (5 PM GMT) today.
And if the fleets are available and you want more Armada action @Irishmadcat and I will have our match at 9pm BST on Thursday!
