My ally pack map sheet organization solution

By aceckert, in Imperial Assault Skirmish

After feeling overwhelmed with sorting through all the loose map sheets from all the packs and expansions I put the in a presentation book and scanned and enlarged all the corresponding skirmish cards so they can be viewed with their map. This also covers the campaign map on the back to keep them secret from my campaign group.

I needed 2 of these for all sheets, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009ZMHP66/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Not earth shattering, but happy with how it works casual play organization and perusing all the maps.

Great idea including copies of the cards. I never thought of that.

I added a blank sheet of paper first to hide the campaign map, and that lead to thinking I could save more time by putting the cards on it.

That's really cool!

I keep meaning to photocopy all of the cards on several sheets of paper and then hang them up on the walls nearest the gaming table.

Very awesome! I think I will do this, too!

Did you happen to keep the image files of each card?

I love this method! Keeps the sheets nice and flat. Card copies are a nice inclusion. I'm doubling up sheets to hide the campaign missions.

From the black and white copies I assume he used a photocopier with enlarge.

Here is my card files. I put them in my book in wave order. Can be printed in color, but I did it in B&W to make the text standout more. The text on a few looks distorted but legible (like the scanning bar didn't always move at a perfect pace).

"fit to page" when printing gives you actual card size, but scale to 75% is the size I printed at (except for the hoth and Jabba pages that have 4 cards on them).

I also stacked all the sheets unfolded and stacked some heavy books on them overnight before sleeving to get out the folds.

I do the same, but I just keep the cards in the sleeve with the sheet. They don't fall out so long as the binder isn't turned upside down and shaken.
