So, thinking of this potential interaction:
Pure Sabaac w/Lone Wolf and Lightweight frame, and Palpatine is somewhere on the battlefield.
I roll 2 green dice, and get (evade) (blank). Since I am "in charge" of Pure Sabaac, I first choose to resolve Lone Wolf before LWF.
I reroll the (blank), and it stays (blank).
Then, I choose to resolve LWF. It does say "after rolling defense dice" is when you roll the extra die, but unlike HLC, it does not specify immediate timing to do something. So it seems to make sense with the rule of mutual activation that I could choose which order to resolve Lone Wolf and LWF.
Anyways, I declare Palp to an evade, and the extra die comes up (evade). I go and change the (blank) in the original dice pool - the die I had Lone Wolfed - into an evade.
Final dice pool would then read (evade) (evade) (evade)
Seems reasonable?
Copied and pasted the card info from Yet Another Squad Builder:
LWF: "When defending, after rolling defense dice, if there are more attack dice than defense dice, roll 1 additional defense die."
Lone Wolf: "When attacking or defending, if there are no other friendly ships at Range 1-2, you may reroll 1 of your blank results."
P.S. Just looked at the timing chart, and it all depends if LWF is part of the "rolling defense dice" step or the "modifying defense dice" step. LWF is strange because it is an "after the fact" effect, and does not change the initial amount of dice rolled. The card even specifically states "after rolling defense dice," which makes me think it is part of the "modifying defense dice step," unless some strange quasi-step of rolling dice exists just for LWF.
