Well... truthfully this tournament is not so much a store tournament as it is Gabe and a lot of other people behind the scenes that have made it what it is.

The same can be said for the Campaign Against Cancer tournament. It's the love of people behind the scenes in the xwing community that make them happen AND they happen for a good cause.

That said, Games and Gizmo's looks like a cool place AND they have some funding by a private game club called Verne & Wells ( www.vnw.club).

Between Biggs and the Jumpmaster. I can not remember EVER seeing a nerf this big.

Not Palpatine, not the Tie Phantom. Oct 25th will now go down as the 1 and 2 biggest nerfs in Xwing history (to date).

Imperial players have to be ECSTATIC today.

My triple Kwing list is now strong again received exactly no nerf. So it's strong again.

I'll be picking up two more tie aggressors tomorrow.

Bigs nerf was unneeded and has made him worthless. I dought you will ever see an xwing on the table in a serious game until something changes.

Imperial players won' rejoice u til there new ships come out. Even 1 using with ei and Sabine still makes most ties unplayable.

Everyone kept saying that X-wings needed a fix, except Biggs. Now that Biggs is nerfed, a general X-wing fix can happen.

The Biggs nerf is really huge. Maybe instead they should have made the player choose a single ship the Biggs could protect each round.

Let's say Biggs doesn't use it ability and you have a choice between shooting Biggs or Wedge. Who do you shoot?

If you shoot at Wedge but fail to kill him, next round Biggs can activate his ability and effectively force you to spread damage. If you shoot Biggs, then his ability is working for free.

Exactly.... Biggs still works, he is just not overpowered in lists like Fair Ship Rebels now (which is effectively dead).

Biggs can still be used in lists that didn't need him to work every single turn. That said... he won't be on 7 of the top 16 lists at worlds again.

The Jumpmaster nerf was too harsh, IMO. MindLink should have been just given a range instead of saying only two in a list.

As a whole, I like the changes in the new FAQ. Should be interesting to see how this changes things.
