Does Ranger Spikes cancel the effects of Archery? I'm thinking not, as I can't find any evidence anywhere that it does, but hoping I'm wrong.

Enemy archers are pretty resourceful: they can shoot their arrows when snared, spiked, pitted, netted, staked, ambushed...
