The Virago was a custom ship made for Xizor and the Star Viper was the knock off clones that Mandal Motors made since they already designed it. Might as well sell more cheap versions.

If you're talking about the one in Guns For Hire, it might be Zann Consortium colours. They were a rival criminal syndicate to the Black Sun.
Starviper MkII is mentioned in Mask Of The Pirate Queen as the 'mass production version' released after Xizor's death, and Zann is one of the primary users.

I was thinking of getting two Guns for Hire, but if the red Star Viper is to be unique I'm not has interested.

From the answers, other than Xizor's, it would appear that this was/is a unique craft. Not to say it wouldn't change, and definitely from FFG's release one could/should get enough for a 100 point squad or 12 of them for Epic. But still... I was thinking about lore, legend and/or EU types of material.

Repaint baby! I'm all in with two copies of G4H and going to have 4 custom painted and either 2 of them with swept back wings or maybe even articulated if i'm feeling really crafty this winter. 4BZ is alive and well baby! Sunny's Vipers? Not sure on a name yet. Already have a camo Scyk for Sunny painted up.
