Yes. Adding/Subtracting *dice* do not count as modifications.

Really, Then kannan works on Omega Leader too, Interesting. Ok. I always through Unguided Rockets could only be modifed by the Focus Token.

It can only be modded by a Focus. But difference is Kanan isn’t a modification.

Adding or removing dice in the pool to be rolled isn’t a modification. Adding a result after rolling IS. Kanan removes a die from what the roll in the first place

Kanan happens in step 2ii of the timing chart
Unguided Rockets restrictions happen in step 3ii
Omega Leader affects steps 3i 3ii and 5i 5ii

It's just easier to remember that adding or removing dice (note: not dice RESULTS, just dice) isn't counted as a dice modifier (neither is canceling results)

This is why Omega L is affected by range bonsuses

OL affects any dice modification, regardless of when it happens, including but not limited to C-3PO and HLC's mods outside the normal dice modification steps, and Bossk's added results after Compare Results (though not the cancellation).
