Force Choke vs. Return Fire

Hi,

if Darth Vader use Force Choke against Han Solo, can he use Return Fire?

I think Force Choke is not an Attack, so that Han cannot use Return Fire?

Am i right?

Force Choke is not an attack, and is listed as an example in the RRG of things that are not attacks. (Abilities, page 2.)

Thx for yor help. My Opponent didn't believe and found nothing to prove.
