Missing pieces from Ghost Expansion

Hello, just looking for some help. I recently purchased the Ghost expansion but it didn't come with the movement dials and some cardboard based for the bases. In fact, it came with doubles of the dial covers instead!

I tried to bring it back to the store but they said it wasn't their problem. So I emailed Asmodee a while ago and still have not heard back from them.

Does anyone have any advice on what to do? I can't use the ship until I have the dials and pilot cards!

Make a phone call and speak to a real person.This has worked for me.

That sounds like a reason to take your business elsewhere the next time you buy something. The prime reason why I pay higher prices at my FLGS when I could just buy much cheaper when importing myself is that they provide exactly that kind of service (and organize tournaments and whatnot, of course).

I would call them (asmodee) and politely explain the situation.

as for the store you went to, if they told you it wasn't there problem, then it's not your problem how they pay the rent. They could have at least helped you with submitting a ticket, or called them for you. I get handling defective product is a major hassle but blowing you off like that is just rude.

Standing Drop kick or Running Clothesline is always a good solution, too.

Looks like you got two 1/3 cards and are missing the 2/3.

FFG/Asmodee support is usually very good for things like this, but if past reports are anything to go by, it might take Asmodee a while to respond to your email. How long ago did you email them? If it's over a week, then definitely give them a call as per the suggestion above.
