List opinions please

I havent been able to play very many games in recent months, so dont have very much seat time with any of these ships yet. Would this be particularly hard to fly? Any improvements to be made?

FYI - i have good experiance flying scum y's with Kath, and various x wing builds. I have had precious little time / success with these thus far but the internet seems to say they are ok, and wanted something a little different than cut/paste meta lists to try them with.

Nothing difficult about flying a list like this. Miranda is the most easy mode ace in the Rebel faction.

Improvements:

Trade Jan Ors for Bombardier. Jan is okay, but nothing special. Bombardier will help you put those bomblets on target, and saves you a point.

Drop the Seismic Torpedo.

Now you have 4 points to work with: Take the Sabine's TIE title, Tactician and BMST on Rex. This Rex build is 18 points that punishes an opponent for ignoring him. Forcing a threat assessment, even a small one, is great for helping your regen ships to make it to the late game where they are most dangerous.

Thank you for the feedback. Bombedeir makes sense to help land bomblets. My thought was that jen would make norra tankier, and miranda as well in a pinch ( like a slam ending closer to oppenents than i wanted). But if that wouldnt work very well, i guess there is no real need for advance slam?

Also, i currently dont own slicer tools or tactitian. Although i can see how that gives rex some teeth.

If you have sabine, changing Jan to her is also not a bad idea. I don’t see that much use in advanced slam in your list, it's mostly useful for dropping action mines, so I'd say you could drop that, and seismic torpedoes are not worth 2 points and an action I think, I never used them myself, but have seen them used against me and must say not impressed, by dropping those two you have 4 new points (5 in total), you could upgrade Rex like @jmswood suggested but since you don't have the upgrades, you could put Concussion Missiles (Or Homing Missiles if you don’t mind going 100 points, I prefer these because you don’t spend your lock, so your odds are alot better) and Long-Range Scanners on Miranda for a 5 dice attack in the first engage.

I noticed that Miranda/Norra/Rex was top-16 at Canadian Nationals. Just for information, here's Jamie Comely's list:

Miranda Doni + Twin Laser Turret + Concussion Missiles + Sabine Wren + Bomblet Generator + Long-Range Scanners

Kyle/Jan is probably a reasonable substitution for 3PO and Sabine. For tactician, I'd recommend either using a proxy of tactician (causal folks generally don't mind), if playing in a tournament without proxies then asking someone for a loan (most tournaments I've been to have had folks who'll help out), or getting an Auzituck. I love that ship so much.

Thank you for the feedback, ive been on the fense about picking up the gunship. I might have to do that. Good to know some people more talented than I had a similar idea.
