I find him to be overrated for his cost. For 2 fewer points you can get Nathan Eide, who is an excellent pilot. Sure, if you get paired up against Paul Heaver he out PS's you, but how often is that going to happen? IMO you're better off saving the points and investing more points in Corran Horn.
