What happens to stored focus token when i remove Rey crew with Boba Fett?

I'm pretty sure they're gone. The card specifies that you place the tokens on the card. If the card disappears I can't think of any justification for keeping the tokens. Boba Fett discards a card so I would think the tokens would go as well.

There's not an official ruling on this as far as I know but that's what I'd have to go with absent something to the contrary.

Besides that it occurs to me now that even if you still had the tokens you have no way to make use of them without Rey.

Since there's no rule that says what happens to them, they stay right where they are, on top of the now-discarded Rey card. Since you don't have Rey equipped anymore, however, you don't have any ability to move those Focus tokens anywhere else, so they might as well not exist.

You're not instructed to discard them, so they stay on the discarded card, with no means to move them back onto the ship.

This may become relevant in future if a means to 'un-discard' a crew ever comes into being.
