Would this help a low ps phantom? Never cloak, just use sensor jammer and LWF to augment defense and then throw 4-5 red dice
I think Sensor Jammer is too many points and has been outclassed by red dice creep and autodamage. Split those points between FCS and a good crew.
Backdraft: What is GAS? Also, Weapons Guidance? Surely you jest. For the same points Pattern Analyzer is infinitely better. Primed Thrusters is better for only 1 point.

It's useful, but really wants to be paired with a means to deny your opponent those focus tokens - Yes, Ryad has Juke, but that's about it.
I'd look to cards like Hotshot Copilot or Carnor Jax to really make it work - and I'm not sure that sort of investment is really justified on a generic pilot.
Lightweight Frame.....hm. Lightweight Frame versus Stygium Particle Accelerator is a tough call - the former is simpler and more reliable without cloaking being thrown into the pot, but cloaking is a big part of the Phantom's plan - not necessarily for defence but also for maneuver (one of the best uses for a generic phantom is as a blocker).

Thanks for the input guys, yeah my other two ships were thrown in just to fill out to 100. Not married to them. I appreciate the critique for the phantom. Still might fly it casual a bit and see how it does. What crew works best for low PS phantoms? Recon spec? Intelligence agent? Inspiring recruit?
I like Agent Kallus on my Phantoms, but I don't see many lists with more than 2 or 3 ships. The more ships an opponent fields, the worse Kallus is.
Intel Agent is pure gold for 1 point if you're using the Phantom's cloak. With LWF and no intention of cloaking, Intel Agent loses effectiveness.
I would stay away from any crew costing more than 2 points. It's a glass cannon, you want to keep the points down for MoV.
