Yeah, I was actually thinking of moving it to AoR beginners game due to the military aspect, I posted it in force and destiny without thinking about it initially.

Hmm.. After scrolling through images, I see quite a few clone troopers wielding dual blaster pistols... Considering changing focus from Ranged Heavy to Light, for a Gunslinger build. Would this concept be outside of the parameters you have envisioned for this squad?
Regarding individuals and their skill sets, I am very open to most ideas. My only guidelines really were that the characters worked as a squad, how they do that and what tools they use is pretty much up to you guys. I know a number of officers and squad leaders prefer pistols, so I have no problem with regular clones doing the same.
That does remind me that as well as aiming for your specializations, there will also be a sergeant selected to assist their jedi leader, so anyone interested in that bear it in mind for rp stuff. I will be posting the ic and ooc threads in the beginner game shortly.

Guys, I am extremely sorry about this, but given the extreme developments in Catalonia and Barcelona during the past few days I do not think I can start a pbp campaign just now. The future of the region is extremely uncertain. We do not know what will happen so I prefer to step back. We are entering a phase were we might end up being occupied by the army, and depending on hot or cold heads at the helm there might be deaths. So far we have had the home guard and police crack on peaceful population expressing their dissent on ballots, but this seems to be going up. the selfgovernment of the region will be suspended in the next few days for sure and nobody knows what will happen later. Let's see what happens. Wish you the best of luck with the game and will try to follow your developments if I can.

Well we've unfortunately lost one guy, so @SHADOWGUARD CHAMPION is taking that slot, so if you want @Stneu73 , then there is still room If you could create a character on SW sheets using the same conditions as the others and give me an idea of the type of clone you'd like to play, that'd be great and we'll be on our way! If you want to add your sheet to the Star Wars Clone Wars: Cyclone Squad thread, that'd be good as well.

I think I'll play a clone that's kind of the muscle of the group. Like the guy who jumps up and leads the charge. I don't know what precedent there is for clone using melee weapons or focusing in brawl, but if you're okay with it I'd love to try it. If not I'm totally cool, I'm good at cooking up character concepts. I will be using ranged weapons as well not just melee or brawl.
Now onto the mechanical side of character creation just to set everything straight and make sure I get it right.

Just to give a better idea of my character's personality here's his motivation and description from the character sheet:
Putting a fist through a droids circuits is the best feeling a man can have. The more it happens the happier CT-3478 is. Plus it saves the lives of my brothers.
The best weapons in the galaxy are the ones you'e born with at the end of your arms. CT-3478 is a firm believer in what he can see and feel. Anything else is uncertain.
Ok, all looks good to me. Regarding close combat, in ledgends tbere were clone assassains and clone commandos were expected to be experts in close combat, so I don't see a problem with your character doing the same. If you can roll for destiny points and an average resilience check in Star Wars Clone Wars: Cyclone Squad, you can introduce yoir character!
